Il BioPostural System è un sistema di analisi posturale composto da una piattaforma
a sensori di pressione, sottilissima, supportato da un software di elaborazione ed archivia
zione degli esami eseguiti.
Negli ultimi anni è stato osservato che anche le alterazioni anatomiche e funzionali dei piedi
e denti possono contribuire a creare e mantenere squilibri a carico della colonna vertebrale,
di conseguenza il dentista dovrà imparare a valutare anche i problemi dell’equilibrio generale
del corpo del paziente perché ha in alcuni casi, la possibilità di contribuire al riequilibrio del
sistema posturale correggendo le malocclusioni.
